Amy McGeachy, PHR
Amy is an HR Consultant to small and medium-sized businesses in Oregon and Washington. She thrives when working with business leaders and entrepreneurs. Amy opened her consulting firm in 2010 after a successful career working for one of America's Most Admired Companys, ARAMARK, and successfully founding an executive search firm with two business partners. Amy has taken deep dives into training, recruitment and employee relations and her passion is as an external thought partner, focused on the people side of the business, helping her clients cultivate exceptional workplaces.
In 2016 Amy founded The Exceptional Workplace a premium eLetter geared towards helping CEO's business leaders, controllers, and business managers create workplaces that are exceptional.

Quimby joined the McGeachy Consulting team as a puppy in 2016 and has made herself quite comfortable. Q-Dog works tirelessly every day lounging and listening to the activities at McGeachy Consulting's home office. Occasionally Quimby joins conference calls with clients though she prefers to remain behind the scenes. As a co-worker, Quimby is a faithful companion and remarkable listener.
